We recently had a great stay at the Pioneer Inn. Our room was very clean and had a nice, well stocked kitchen. The day of our arrival the owner communicated with us to let us know when the room would be ready. She checked in with us after our arrival to see if we needed anything. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a good place to stay.

Nice host and was very helpful with suggestions on restaurants and other questions.

Quaint private owned smaller hotel. New owners have only been there a few weeks and are still trying to figure things out. They were very nice and accommodating. The property is a little run down and needs some attention, but was clean sufficient for our one night stay.

The wind had knocked out the cable. The upstairs room was too hot even with the thermostat turned down. Room was nice and clean. Service was great.

Rich and Amy were great. They were super flexible and accommodating to allow us to have a great family vacation! Really enjoyed our time in Homer!

Nice place close to everything. Basic rooms. No frills. Older place but very clean.

The owner was so nice to me and helped me with a request. The room was very cozy. The linen was bright white and clean. The Bathroom was spotless. It’s a good pick if you come to Homer.

We had a wonderful stay at Pioneer Inn Downtown. Perfect location, it was easy to park, to walk to restaurants, Bishop's Beach Park, and to a local playground. The room was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Beautiful views and great outdoor space for our kids. Lila was so welcoming and even had toys ready for our children. Thank you so much Lila, we hope we will be back in the future!
