BCM旅館 - 欣頓(Bcminns - Hinton)

Had a nice stay with my son. We enjoyed the pool and hot breakfast and the room was very comfy and clean . We were disappointed the pool was not open in the morning before we checked out and the excuse given by staff didn't seem to match the circumstances. Told pipe broke?! But looked like they just hadn't cleaned up , disappointed

On main highway, staff was happy and helpful, I stayed in ,with kitchen so everything was clean and they pay attention to all small thing to make the stay comfortable. I happened to talk to Front desk staff , House keeping personal and evening front desk lady all were helpful and happy people.

Stayed on the first floor of the main building, which was noticeably dated. Bathroom had missing grout and lifting tiles, and the fabric shower curtains made a mess. Pool hours are limited, opening at 9 a.m. and closing at 10 p.m. However, a shoutout to the pool staff who were super nice and ensured the hot tub was ready for us in the morning. The cost of one night's stay felt steep given these issues. The check-in process added to the disappointment. A one-off perhaps, but I had to wait 45 minutes behind a large, unreserved family while the receptionist processed their booking. It took her just 6 minutes to sort me out after that. Given that it was late and we were tired, the lengthy wait was particularly frustrating. It would've been considerate for the desk staff to ask if anyone had pre-booked to expedite check-in. Overall, the stay was far from impressive.

Clean and quiet, good for families with kids. Best breakfast ever ate, was included with the stay. Kitchen and cleaning staff are very professional. Indoor pool with whirlpool was favourite for kids. Wish to have few water bottles in the fridge on first day of stay. People expect that. Otherwise no complaints.

We chose this place because it had good reviews. Our room is beside the elevator and the main door. It’s 9:45 and there is so much noise I can tell it’s going to be a sleepless night! 🙁 AC is inconsistent….one minute it’s freezing and the next it’s hot. Very disappointed given the ratings.
