智選假日套房酒店欣頓(Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hinton)

It was very inconvenient for my family and me as I have my old grandmother with me and my family suite was in the basement and it was all dark and shady, which were not informed about during the timing of the booking. My grandmother is claustrophobic and it was very inconvenient for her to stay in the basement specially during our vacation. I inquired at reception and discussed my concern and she told me i should have been told by ******* about the family suite location in the basement, which I was never told by *******. They didn’t have any rooms on main level or any other level for family suite. So the only option they told me to take 2 rooms upstairs with two queen beds and I have to pay for that. Which I did during my stay because I didn’t have any other choice. So I want the ******* to look into my problem and kindly give my money back as I didn’t use the family room or compensate according to your company policies. Thank you.

We were not able to check in b'coz my son was very sick that day. I have phone the front desk to cancel it for me & requested to get somehow a refund or some consideration. The hotel reservation worth was 393 per night. But unfortunately, no willingness to help at all! Advised me to call back to speak with the GM but wasn't able to speak with the GM. They just put me on hold & they didn't give me a chance to speak with their Manager.

Huge party in the two rooms right across from us, with knocking on the door several times throughout the night, doors opening and closing, and everyone talking so loud at all hours of the night (not the hotels fault), however what is was the hair in my bed indicating that they likely didn’t change the sheets from the previous guest. There was also the same hair on the bathroom floor so they probably didn’t sweep or clean the floors… the water pressure in the shower was amazing though, so atleast I felt cleaner upon leaving.

I went to hotel they said no reservation called hotel reservations to findout no reservation then after i got another hotel to findout i got an email asking about my stay findput teo hotels one town the hotel i went to didnt tell me thst called tried to explain nope still billing me my husbamd called lady hing up on him!!!

The beds were really comfy and soft. The hotel was clean and the staff were nice. Only thing was for the pull out bed, there was no bedding or blanket, just a couple of pillows. When asked for a blanket. It was pretty thin, like a thick sheet. :( But overall it was a good stay.

We've stayed here a couple times and have always enjoyed it. The place is clean, comfy, and the staff are super friendly. Only downside was Saturday night there weren't enough towels in the pool area, and even though they got restocked they still ran out - too many people using it!!
