Nice hotel. Non vegan breakfast. No choices. Good stay overall.

Stayed one night to work in High Prairie the next day. For what you get, the price is too high, and was non refundable. Clerk that checked me in was friendly and they called as soon as I got to the room to make sure it was okay. Cleanliness was mediocre, a fine layer of dust on most surfaces. The room/hotel itself is in rough shape. The back of the bathroom door is full of dents and peeled paint, the bathroom counter had large chunks of arborite missing. Bathroom fan cover hanging on by one screw. I was cold and attempted to turn on the ac/heater unit under the window. It only blew room temp air, so under the blankets I stayed. It ran all night even in the off position until I unplugged it in the morning. I went looking for some ice, there was no bag supplied for the dirty ice bucket. Hallways reeked of ********* on non smoking wing. Ice machine didn't work. Clerk got me a bag of ice from the pub inside. Sketchy looking people around the property, pulling on locked doors at the end of the hallways. Won't stay again anywhere in High Prairie, I'll stay in Peace River and make the drive instead.

Friendly service. Adequate cleanliness. Dated room with internet so slow it was basically usless. Do not stay here if you plan on getting any online work done from your room via the internetconnection provided.

My room was not cleaned after the last person used it, the bed was made but one pillow was on the floor, there was 2 used coffee cups on the counter, the shampoo and hand cream was half empty also the hand soap was opened up and used... there was a used towel hanging behind the door. saying that the staff are friendly.

Clean, but showing age, service was okay. Wifi/internet in non exestant.

There was a coffee puck left in the coffee pot from previous hotel customer. Fridge was noisy. I’ve stayed in better for less.

I booked a room with two queen beds, and I was given a room with one bed, for two adults n two children 😩

All the staff were amazing and awesome, including housekeeping. Great food in the restaurant and super friendly staff. Everything was great except the rooms are so gloomy and not enough lighting. I had to use my phone flashlight to do paperwork. I feel for all the workers staying there as a dark room can be depressing. WIFI really needs improvement and a boost, it kept cutting out while trying to do work on my computer.
