The room looked really nice and comfortable space as well, location is definitely lowkey and cleanness is not a problem at all. Pricing can be a bit much but you won’t be disappointed.

The customer service was great. Every single employee was helpful and courteous. I stayed on the third floor. It smelled like urine. The first floor was fine, second floor I could not tell you but the third floor I stayed on stunk horrible in the hallway like urine. The room itself was fine. The ice machine on the third floor did not work. The breakfast was an extreme let down. No bananas no oranges no apples no fruits or vegetables whatsoever. Had hot scrambled eggs and potatoes. I didn't like either of them. A meat would have been nice bacon or sausage.

Room was not ready at 4:30 when I arrived. Front desk agent was rude. Not the quality I would expect from a Hilton brand hotel.

I went on an anniversary trip, the hotel is quite acceptable, the staff is very friendly, everything was clean, the breakfast is quite good, and the coffee is very rich and fresh. the only thing I did not like is that the water to drink had to be paid for. Everything is very close and the Japanese Garden is only 6 minutes away.

We visit Hayward to see family often. We always stay at this hotel because it's always been convenient, clean, comfortable and has a friendly staff. There's really no reason to change!

Other than the alarm going off at 6 AM everything was great. Lady at the desk was lovely as was the lady working the breakfast area. Very friendly and helpful.

Our car was broken into the first night we stayed although we parked right in front. The front desk worker didn’t seem to care when we told him, and admitted this happens often and that their cameras haven’t worked for months. The next day we parked in the same spot and overheard over guests talking about their car windows being broken into as well. I booked this hotel thinking it was among the nicer ones in the area but their security is a 0/10. I would not recommend staying here.
