Booked 2 person stay for 1 night, while traveling on long road trip. We arrived late on a Saturday night, to find it almost completely full. There is no numbered car parking for rooms, so people had parked wherever they felt like it / could find a spot. We were forced to park far away from our room and carry our multiple suitcases and bags quite far to enter our room. While doing so, some unruly guests drinking and smoking on the balcony above us were watching us and laughing. Entered our room to find dirty stained carpets. Bed and bathrooms passable, but walls are paper thin. Was woken the next morning by the alarm clock of the person in the next room. If you’re not woken by your neighbors, the truck noise from nearby road surely will. Overall, the feeling was just cheap, seedy and overcrowded. Would not recommend staying here unless there is no other option.

Check-in was easy, room had everything you would expect for a motel, but the cleaners need a lot more attention to detail. The vacuum had obviously pushed everything it couldn't get just to the side of the room, so along the bottom of all the walls were dustballs, dead bugs, etc. Fridge was full of items the last occupant had left behind, no idea how old everything was. Shower door didn't close properly so water escaped the shower and got the rest of the bathroom really wet. Soap dispender in shower was broken. Overall, the place wasn't really well maintained and we probably won't stay here again when we go through Hay in the future.

Main door did not have safety latch. Mirrors in the room were dodgy, suspicious reflection with maybe possible camera

Great value, $90 a night, other motels $140. Clean, comfortable, everything you need for a short stay. A real surprise, will definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Room 11 very average, facing the rubbish bins. Water flow in shower not working well, bathroom not very clean. Carpets worn cracks on walls. Wouldn't stay here again.
