勒阿弗爾速8酒店(Super 8 by Wyndham Havre)

Stayed for a week for work. The room was a typical low rate room, no complaints with the cleanliness on arrival. Upon arrival into room, coffee machine was mixed the pot, blow dryer in room had a broken on and off switch. Continental breakfast had expired yogurts, sandwiches and milk. Laundry services were out of service. Luckily, I brought my own kettle and cooking supplies. I had one towel and wash cloth in the room for a full week. No one emptied garbages or restocked towels. I had requested a late check out since I work nights before going home and was told I would have to pay for a full night and was unable to pay extra for a late check out. It sufficed until I was able to rent a room with my job, but did leave a bit to be desired.

This was the worst motel I have ever stayed at, dirty, poorly maintained, everything was broke , I would never recommend anyone ever stay here

Tv broken first room. They moved me in that room no hot water, i told front desk they said sorry no maintenance. Terrible 2 nigh stay

Shower and toilet were broken upon arrival and took over a day to fix. Staff was incredibly rude during the stay and checkout process. Will not ever be staying here again. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Havre, pay the extra $10 and go somewhere else.

Upon checking in the clerk said sir you are already checked in. Ugh No! Come to find out someone checked this guy in under my name and never checked his ID Do your job

Waited 40 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in.

3:00 pm chech-in was almost 5 pm due to limited staff and poor management. Room was ok; rest of property needed clean-up.

Was checked into room on main floor . Blk particles floated up with first flush. Carpet very stained . Then noticed blk mold around whereupon section meets lower around tub . Overall room esp bathroom looked like overlooked for long time . Limited seating in dining area and desperately in need of new toaster. However staff very pleasant and accommodating . Did move us to second floor which was better.

check out staff was poorly presented... wearing a dirty hoodie. very unprofessional. unappetizing breakfast. A bum was hanging around in the lobby.
