Great hotel for a stop over

Not 100 percent smoke free. After checking in I drove to another door to bring in my luggage and as soon as I walked in there was a very noticeable smell of cigarettes that was very overwhelming. The toilet wouldn't flush so I removed the tank lid and the chain was broken so my entire stay I had to reach into the tank to flush. The internet went in and out constantly. And they offer a individual wrapped breakfast that they don't provide and they ask you to not have breakfast in the room which doesn't make any sense because there's a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The breakfast is cereal and waffles. Nothing else. The door cards had to keep being reset because it would not open any doors.

Walls were literally covered in black mold. Dead bugs hanging from the spider webs on the ceiling. The bed was clean and the bathroom was passable. The entire property has a musty cigarette smell. The staff was lovely and helpful. The breakfast area seemed very clean but we did not partake.

The hotel hallways were not clean. The rooms seemed clean but not up to date. Not all doors we working with the room key to let you enter your room from the parking lot. The breakfast was down right bad. You could make make your own waffles but they had no syrup

Great location in downtown Harrisburg and a LOT cheaper than the other downtown chains. It seems to have all the benefits you would expect. Maybe a little bigger selection at breakfast (rolls? bread? eggs?) would make me even happier.

Terrible do not stay here. From the second I checked out the experience was absolutely horrible. Ant infestation in room, stains in bed, lights not turning off in bathroom, loud noise from pipes keeping me up all night. And to top it all off WORST customer service. Mean ladies working at front. My door was broken when I arrived to hotel. I can keep going

The view along the River was wonderful and the bedding was very nice but that’s where my compliments end. For being a Choice hotel under the Quality Inn brand this facility opted for the low end of everything else they offered. Their bath towel was only slightly larger than my hand towels at home and so thin and rough…with an odd blue *****e down the center, reminded me of the towels we got as kids at summer camp. The breakfast was nothing like it pictured on the website. I travel a lot and have come to know what to expect from a hotel breakfast, this was rough, they found it acceptable to offer: waffles, cold cereal and yogurt cups… period! Oh yea, on paper plates, not foam or anything close to acceptable, literally paper plates! Laughable. With all the other hotels in the area, don’t make the mistake I did, stay somewhere else, the view isn’t worth the let down of everything else. Oh, one more thing, 2 guys blasting music, cooking on a charcoal grill and drinking from a cooler in their front parking lot. I missed that photo on the website too, I guess the management is ok with this too.
