哈里斯堡-赫希爾紅屋頂酒店(Red Roof Inn Harrisburg - Hershey)

The woman at the desk was very kind and friendly and upgraded our room at no charge! The room door was very hard to open and close, the latch was messed up somehow. There were spots on the blankets on the beds, and when we arrived home after the concert we were attending, there were bloody towels all over the floor at an adjacent room. I was horrified and will not be coming back to this Red Roof.

The people at the front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the room was dirty. The comforters were stained and there was a filthy sheet under the bed. While I was using the bathroom, a pregnant roach crawled across the floor. I guess that explains the can of Raid sitting in the hallway. This is why I bring my own sheets, blanket and bleach wipes.

The property seemed worn out. The staff was nice, but the motel was generally dirty and in poor repair. It quieted down at night and the room was OK, but the overall feel was seedy. It's not in a bad location. A good cleaning, painting, fixing and then regular maintenance would make all the difference.

I liked that even though I was very late to check in, the staff was on duty on front desk and was very helpful and kind. However, the cleanliness of the place was awful. The sheets had holes in them, pillows and the AC filter had so much dirt in them, I developed a throat problem within two days. Hot water was okay, but the bath was too dirty to even think about a bath. The long term guests were often up late and had parties, and the vending machines were very old/broke/empty/dirty.

The security lock on our room was broken/missing the door was hard to open, they had to replace our remote 3 times the shower made a high pitched squealing sound we asked for first floor as my husband is handicapped our room was on the second floor the ceiling in the hallway was falling in the carpet in the hall was dirty and stained and the whole hallway smelled horrible

This hotel is outdated, dirty and smelly. All the lines from the bedding to bath towels were stained and a towel even had a clump of hair on it. The bedding was stained. The halls reek of cigarette smoke. We only spent one night and were so glad to leave the next day. This is by far the worst hotel/motel I’ve ever stayed in.

I ended up not staying at this motel. The whole checking in process was very stressful. A lot of guests were complaining about the conditions of their room and the front desk lady arguing with them. The bed sheets were dirty. The overall conditions of this place were awful. I was worried about my family's safety, therefore we did not stay there.

This place was Horrible the bathroom was dirty we had to go the the store to get cleaning stuff oh my child was getting off the bed and it fell apart when we looked under the bed sticks was holding it up we only stay because it was late and the kids was tried the pic on the internet is not what the place looks like at all

We didn’t end up staying here or asking for our money back. The property was what it was. The photos are likely stock photos from when the hotel was first erected. I think the bedspreads were the originals and sheets appeared clean, but had stains all over them. Our deadbolt was hanging onto the back of the door by loose screws. And to top it off on the way out I opened the dresser drawer just to peel and found a rolled joint. Property used for long-term low income cases and it showed.
