Very good hotel vertical nice

Etant donné les tarifs et les photos on s'attend à un minimum d'hygiène et d'organisation. On m'indique que le coffre est cassé dans la chambre réservée : finalement la chambre qu'on me donne a aussi son coffre qui ne fonctionne pas (pas rassurant pour la sécurité de ses biens). La porte de la douche se bloque, la chasse d'eau est cassée, la clim fuit toute la nuit toutes les 30minutes en projetant de la glace et en faisant un bruit atroce ! Je n'ai pas pu dormir durant les deux nuits passées. La piscine est sale, le contours est plein de trous dangereux, on ne nous propose pas de serviettes et j'ai même marché sur un clou à l'intérieur Un mauvais standing dans l'ensemble

The location, friendliness of staff and breakfast offerings are definitely the highlight of this hotel. The Green Bean cafe is somewhat disappointing, as well as the shower pressure and water temperature in the rooms. All in all a pleasant stay and due to its convenient location we would probably stay again and opt to eat at Chatters Restaurant and not the Cafe.

Make sure you improve your electronic door system,you need also to have Bank ATMs for easy cash access.The transport system from the airport and local movements charges has to be clearly stated before the visit. The arrangement of charging conference room , food and snacks was so confusing, as guest were made to sign several documents every day.

A relaxed environment set in open spaces. Very attentive and friendly staff. The Head Chef, Manashe, was the absolute best, ensuring enjoyable meals at breakfast!! Nothing is too much effort. The rooms are comfortable and thoroughly cleaned daily. Thank you.

Key issues - every time you want to get in your room a member of staff will have to accompany you. Not a good service - rooms needs renovations especially shower cubicles- water everywhere and leaking to the toilet area - unsafe - very slippery

Friendly staff. They are good host starting from accommodation, Services and foods. All are up to mark. I am vegetarian and ‘Saif Tinashe’ take care of delicious special food needs. Keep It good services.
