哈密爾頓-斯託尼克裏克福朋喜來登酒店(Four Points by Sheraton Hamilton - Stoney Creek)

Arrived to have no one at front desk till the bartender had to go summon someone to check me in. The access to the hotel parking lot is ridiculous. The elevator Bank at one end of hallway is also silly making it an inconvenience walk to end of hallway to what they booked me into . Also wish they hadn’t booked me bedside at hockey team in town for a tournament. Awful but didn’t complain because once upon a time I too traveled to hockey games with Hotel stays but in my day you had respect for noise and being a guest in a hotel . Horrible layout of room bathroom especially.

I only stay for one night however when I got into my room there was hair in the shower. White power on the floor and at 10:30 at night I had to get a new room because I found a bed bug on the headboard is was instantly grossed out. I was provided a new room but was paranoid all night that I would find more bed bugs

Staff were all very pleasant! Checkin was quick and efficient. Decor in the room and all the hotel was modern and attractive. Food was quite good. We did not use the pool nor the fitness centre as we were there only one night and had other plans, but both looked very clean and well-maintained. The downside was that the hotel is located in an industrial area so not overly appealing to walk outside. We would definitely stay in this hotel again and would recommend it to others.

What i didnt like is you hear everything through the walls or the people above you. Im not liking hearing screaming children until midnight

My blinds would not work letting all the light in at night. Bathroom had red paint all over the bottom of a white wall, light in the room didn’t work. Internet also didn’t work not very good for a work trip
