尼爾森勛爵酒店及套房(The Lord Nelson Hotel & Suites)

I booked and paid for a classic queen room over a month ahead. When we checked in the room we were given was tiny. There was no occasional chair or bench as shown in the pictures, just 1 desk chair. After taking a shower, I had to go out into the room to get dressed as the bathroom was too small. Also you have to squeeze in between the toilet and the vanity or tub to open the door as it just clears the front of the toilet bowl. After we were home, I looked up the rooms and judging by the pictures and description, we given a petite room which is 75 square feet smaller than a classic queen room and has a much smalller bathroom.

The bathroom was freezing and the heater wouldnt work. The bedroom took a long time to heat up. The hotel is very dated and the elevators stopped at each floor with a sudden boom. We did get a box of chocolates which was very nice.

Ridiculously tourist unfriendly. Suite was drab mirrors hanging off walls. Coffee pot broken. No coffee service. Had to buy in restaurants. No convenience store.

The room is quite small and the bathroom is tiny. The heater clicked all night long. It was difficult to sleep. There was a mouse in the restaurant. The hotel is overpriced.

Hôtel très propre, personnel sympathique. Bien situé dans la ville. Par contre chambres et salle de bain vieillottes, qui auraient besoin de rénovation. Salle de bain très petites

Best hotel stay post-COVID by far. Only nitpicky things was wifi wasn’t working well. Easy parking garage to access and get out of. Beautiful fancy old hotel.

Vous devez prévoir 32 $ pour le stationnement. Sinon des stationnements à 10 $ sont disponibles très proche.
