哈里法克斯市中心萬豪萬怡酒店(Courtyard Halifax Downtown)

We had a very bad experience with this hotel. When we arrived we asked the staff at front desk about car parking and we were told that there was no parking space and we had to go looking for an off street parking ourselves. We had a long time driving and this was the first time to Halifax and everything was new to us. How could we handle this issue? However, the staff seemed it was not a big issue and even not willing to give any more details about off street parking. I couldn't believe this thing happen at such a luxury hotel. Despues de recorrer el area y la zona de Downtown Halifax, creo que este hotel es de las mejores opciones en cuanto a ubicación, precio y accesibilidad. Tiene estacionamiento propio y otro enfrente en el waterfront. Se ppuede desayunar y tener lunch en su restaurante que esta muy rico y con un menu muy completo. Otros hoteles aparecen como mejor ubicados o mas carso, preo creanme que este es la mejor opcion.

Después de buscar varias opciones sin conocer Halifax, me decidí por este hotel y de verdad que fue l mejor opción. Esta mega ubicado a una cuadra del Waterfront y de un estacionamiento público que se puede utilizar. Pero el hotel tambien cuánta con estacionamiento propio al que se puede acceder desde el elevador. Se puede desayunar en el hotel en una cafetería con precios convenientes. Y caminando se está muy cerca de todo. Pides rentar bicicletas también si lo deseas. Creo yo que es la mejor opción ya que además está Justo al lado de dos excelentes restaurantes. Las habitaciones tiene vista total o parcial al Waterfront, lo que te da ese plus de disfrutar Halifax desde tu habitación.

Staff was lazy and standoffish at times. Did not get the great "Marriot experience " I got in Tampa. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It's a few steps from the waterfront. Excellent location. The property is aging and the staff not trained for great customer service. Service was average at best.

Very good hotel…. Elevators are sketchy, had to call for extra pillows and cot that was requested, and mentioned again at check in. Not enough towels for people in the room. The check in wasn’t properly completed so there was no internet, and the “free internet” is terrible. Room was clean and spacious, beds we’re comfortable. Would stay again.

Excellent property, but the king sofa bed rooms cannot fit 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). ******* books them for 4, but we needed a cot, which made the room quite cramped. Great stay overall, but families of 4 beware!

Great location. Spacious harbour view room, very clean. Most staff helpful and friendly. Dinner at The Bistro was mediocre at best, very little to choose from,staff on shift not interested in customer service. Breakfast however was quite good quality and staff excellent, prices fair to high.

Several mices in the hotel, breakfast worst ever had in hotel, room not served daily was not mentioned during booking, hotel very old needs deep renovation, air con in the room stinks

L’endroit est idéal mais la suite, il manque de verres et la salle de bain devrait être rénovée
