哈伊勒假日別墅酒店(Holiday Villa Hail)

Spacious and clean. Close to the main places.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the main things to se in the city. The hotel lobby was very nice and the staff friendly.  Our room was very comfortable and clean.  The bed was comfortable and made for a very nice nights sleep.  The room location was a little strange with the window overlooking the inside of the hotel across the lobby.  Not really an issue as I was not staying in the hotel for the view however if this is something that would bother you, i would ask for an outward facing window I would recommend this hotel should you be in Hail for a night or two.

Nice modern hotel. Very clean, nice buffet breakfast with lots of choices. Beautiful lobby. Large dining room with good choice of dishes. Friendly staff. Rooms are fine with adequate amenities. Not that easy to find outside places to eat at night as one has to cross a very busy street.

Enter into a huge glossy atrium which looks very swanky as a first impression. Beyond that not so swanky but perfectly comfortable. Check in for our group of 8 took an age, far slower than any other hotel we stayed on our trip. Our bedroom was fine, had what we needed for a 2 night stay although the pillows were hard. The breakfast buffet food looked more appetising than it was.

I stayed in Hail in the past, but this time we loved our stay at the hotel.

Had a great stay if only for one night. Very friendly reception, nice clean room and bathroom, stylish lobby, good food at the restaurants, where, as usual in Saudi, I was offered free food (dessert, Umali which is amazing!). Definitely reccomend it

This is a new hotel in Hail opened only 2 years back, I booked an executive suite which was spacious and clean, the pillows and duvet including the bed sheets are of low quality, the pillows where very hard and the sheets were rough to touch, otherwise the rest of the room including the bathroom were ok, there was a jacuzzi in the suite, the staff need training, the food at the restaurant was not good, and I feel that the cost of the hotel is over rated .
