黑格斯敦萬豪SpringHill酒店(SpringHill Suites Hagerstown)

Bathroom needs updated. Bathroom was a little dirty. We were put in a disability accessible room without notice. There was no counter space in the bathroom and marks on the floor and shower.

It was dope clean fun nice

Très bel hôtel, excellent accueil, belle chambre et excellent restaurant à quelques pas.

Pague por el uso de facilidades que no estaban disponibles , como por ejemplo ; la piscina estaba cerrada , y por otro lado ; faltando 25 min para terminar el servicio del desayuno ya no quedaba huevos revueltos, por lo que hice allegamiento y me dijeron que no iban a servir más

It's shocking that this hotel doesn't clean everyday. Trash and recycle is not pick up either. Disappointed. It didn't have a shower cap and the breakfast ends at 9 am. Though the breakfast was decent. Poor management in my opinion. Marriot should be careful of its choice in putting their company name as affiliated with.

When I booked our room,  no where did they mention that the pool and hot tub were closed.  Very disappointed!  This is why we booked here. Health reasons, I needed the hot tub. So I asked if there was a room with a jacuzzi tub. She said all full. (Hotel was not very full) Had bought a bottle of wine, needed a bottle opener. They said, they didn't have one.  I mentioned that a sister hotel was right next door,  might they have one?  She said,  "maybe,  you can go check" Horrible customer service!!!  I was in pain,  she could have gone over to get one. 

Excellent emplacement avec restaurants à proximité.

Sheets were dirty (clumps of hair on the sheets) and we requested new sheets which we changed ourselves. Crumbs in the kitchenette area which was obviously not cleaned at all. Substandard breakfast. We would not recommend this property.

Pool and jacuzzi both closed. No it water for the last 2 mornings of our stay, I couldn’t shower since it was cold out so who wants to take cold shower
