Great service by front desk lady. She came and checked when i had a question about someone getting in the back door after digging in the trash can (for a key left there?). Breakfast was very good and the lady managing that was very nice and helpful.
Only 2 things that were not great: phone in room 304 didn't work, and the side driveway was really rutted and bumpy.
Very clean, great stay, great value for the money!

When we checked in, there were no linens in our room. So we went back to the front desk to get more. The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were marked soft and firm. Neither were firm at all. The room itself was very nice and clean tho.

Nice hotel.
However.. they double charged me
When i called to ask aboutbthe double dip. She said the manager has to fix it. She has yet to fix it, and ive had zer0 follow ups on the situation.

Hotel was nice and comfortable . Front desk staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Super bummed the hot tub was down, it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Wish they would have at least let us know at check in but to have it on the app when booking would have been more beneficial.

Purposely stayed at this hotel over all the others in the area because it had a hot tub. Of course we got there and the hot tub was out of order. Total waste of the extra money we spent to stay here. Really disappointed. My family enjoyed the cinnamon rolls for breakfast.

The property was OK. Not a lot to see or do in Guymon. Hotel staff was OK but not overly friendly. Breakfast was OK but nothing out of the ordinary.

Room location across hall from elevator so noisy. The window was filthy and obstructed by the front portico. Trash, room not entered by housekeepers the 2nd day. Pillows so thin, my neck hurt for too days.
