Everything was great… except the breakfast. Staff was friendly, check in was quick and easy, rooms clean, and beds comfy… but the breakfast was sub par considering other breakfast I have had at Holiday Inns… edible but not satisfying. I would definitely stay again though. There’s plenty of local grub in the area.

We loved our hotel pier staff was friendly and our breakfast was delicious and our breakfast host was a doll!!

I really liked this hotel, it was clean, affordable and it had a great breakfast buffet.

It's an older hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. The staff were all nice. Not too far from venues like the Wharf, Perdido Beach Resort and the beach! I would stay here again.

A very kind young lady checked me into the hotel early. You could immediately tell the place has not been properly cared for. Everything was dirty. Entering the room the carpets were stained and frayed where they met the tile. Desk was missing a lamp and a couple of lights didnt work. I took some clients out to dinner, uppn returning, when i was getting into the bed there sand all over the sheets. Called the front desk and was moved to a different room that had a musty dampness to it. I only got a few hours of sleep due to the noise of the AC and left super early. All of the staff i encountered were friendly and ready to help. They were the only nice thing about the property.

First night we had issue about the water heater is not working , although they offer us to move another room I refused due to the time is already late and had a long day , I already unpack everything, had to get up very early, staying their to keep up with our son who is Having a Marine Science Adventure school field trip. But issue was fix early morning had my good warm shower, staff is very nice and friendly! I ended up staying one more night to get more rest after checking out my son from his field trip.

1). Our bed had sand in it (before we even went to the beach). 2) The tv in the breakfast area only showed half the picture. 3) Guests next door were very loud at midnight and after on Sat 10/14. 4) The lotion dispenser in our room was empty. I asked a housekeeper to fill it but she never did (in 3 nights).

They really took good care of us Nina the manager credited our stay took $50 off because our previous room was not acceptable they also changed our room immediately. Breakfast was good and hot they made sure we had plenty of towels and toiletries.

Everything was clean nice the employees were nice. Breakfast was not bad.
