The hotel is nice, but the service is terrible. It lacks attention to detail. We occupied 3 rooms, but it was a very disapponting stay.
1. The chek-in process is too bureocratic. They ask for so much information and ID for every person in the room. They make copies and only God knows what they do with them because even though I always stay in this hotel, they ask for the IDs all the time.
2. They gave us a room with no view and we paid for a room with a view. We had to move. They offered no help with the luggage.
3. The mini bar in my room did not work.
4. My parents had two bottles of conditioner and no shampoo.
5. They gave us all three rooms in different floors eventhough the hotel had little occupancy.
6. The breakfast was terrible. It seems the food was from the day before.
7. There is no person at the garage exit. You need to hunk repeatedly for a guard to open the gate.
8. The desks have no lamps.
9. There was garbage inside my safebox.
This hotel has management problems. The staff is poorly trained. It is a pity because it is in a good location and the building is great.
