Took a long time to find someone in the office There was a lower rate that they would not accommodate Hotel run down Hot tub not working Pool closed whole first day there Ice machine had black specs coming out

Staff/check-in person not friendly, borderline rude. Property is dated & not well maintained. Secure entry door was NOT secure & did not lock, so anyone off the street can get to rooms.

Staff was friendly and helpful but do need to update website and amenities. There is no longer a hot tub or saunas . The doors didn’t really keep sound down tho

It was okay for just the weekend . Front desk was friendly but room was very dirty. Furniture was dirty . You had no one around to ask question or to get any clean linen .

Cold showers two nights in a row, non-working phone & alarm clock. No sign of continental breakfast. Left a lot to be desired.

Need better cables and wifi but customer service was great no spa it was broken or closed

The refrigerator and the microwave was both broke and the ac/heat didn’t work not worth the money.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a quick snowboard trip and loved our stay! We were a little scared by the reviews at first but decided to go for it because of the price. Our room was very clean, quiet and cozy & we were able to set the temperature to our liking. Parking was easy & convenient. The staff was very attentive and kind. We liked the restaurant attached and went there for dinner and drinks. They had lots of options, great service & it was very convenient. We also liked the heated pool & the breakfast served every morning. It was a basic hotel breakfast but had solid options and was a good first meal of the day. Location was also great. Across the street from a Walmart and close to Mystic & other centers. Don't let the reviews scare you! It's a good cheep option. We had a great time.
