I checked in and was unable to enter my room because of an issue with the door. I was moved to another room and the refrigerator was not functioning, so I had to move again to a third room. I ordered room service which came without a bill to sign. Upon departure, I requested a printed receipt to present to my employer but the person at the desk refused to give me one because my reservation had been made through *******. I explained that I understood not getting receipt for the hotel but that I needed one for the restaurant charge but she refused and behaved in an unprofessional way when responding to me. A very unpleasant and frustrating experience. I will not be a repeat guest.
The only positive about this hotel is the location. The place needs updating, especially the lobby furniture. They should also figure out a way not to make the entire lobby reek of food smell as soon as you enter the hotel.
