It took 3 rooms to get it right. My granddaughter wanted a bagel for breakfast and they said there was no à la cart. I had to buy a full breakfast for $14 so I was very upset that we could not by one bagel so I went to the front desk and the lady let her have a bagel so I think they need to fix that. Then there is supposed to be bar there there was no bar. They shouldn’t advertise a bar and when you get there, there isn’t one. Just make sure you check out your hotel first before going.

I used to always come to hiltons and was very happy with the free breakfast option, I was so excited to get out of bed then come down to eat breakfast, but then I found out by surprise I had to pay after. Going forward I am going to stay at other hotels that offer free breakfast

I checked in and was unable to enter my room because of an issue with the door. I was moved to another room and the refrigerator was not functioning, so I had to move again to a third room. I ordered room service which came without a bill to sign. Upon departure, I requested a printed receipt to present to my employer but the person at the desk refused to give me one because my reservation had been made through *******. I explained that I understood not getting receipt for the hotel but that I needed one for the restaurant charge but she refused and behaved in an unprofessional way when responding to me. A very unpleasant and frustrating experience. I will not be a repeat guest. The only positive about this hotel is the location. The place needs updating, especially the lobby furniture. They should also figure out a way not to make the entire lobby reek of food smell as soon as you enter the hotel.

There was a dirty diaper under our bed. DISGUSTING! Also when we first checked into the room, there was a uncapped water bottle sitting on the night table, for a moment we thought that we walked into someone else’s room…We will definitely not stay at this hotel again.

Overall, the stay was really good. We had everything we needed and were able to stay close to the Coast Guard Academy for events there. It's close to Mystic which is such a fun town to visit.

It advertised as restaurant and bar. I guess I thought it would be a normal situation of that. However, when we got there at 4 pm it wasn’t open and wasn’t going to open until 6. When I asked about it the front desk said they’ll just be happy they have someone that wants to eat. ?? Not exactly a great plug for their food. It also said pool and spa… no spa. When I asked they said they took it out years ago.

Everything is okay except that there are no blackout curtains in the room. It’s bright all day and night. We were unable to sleep!

I can't believe that for paying almost $200 a night, we can't get a complimentary breakfast. My gosh, even the $89 a night places which were much more friendly I can get that. Very disappointed with deal, Hotels .com should be ashamed. We are also AAA and retired military.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious and the waitress went above and beyond to help me. This hotel was convenient to highway and the convention I was attending. They are also pet friendly.
