This small hotel felt like home. When Deborah noted my age she immediately recommended that I be moved from the top floor to the first floor poolside. There is not an elevator. The chef personally created menu items for my granddaughter who has food allergies even though she was not staying there, just visiting me. The warm friendly attention even exceeded the attention on a Viking cruise which is outstanding. They addressed my comfort before I even thought of something that would be pleasant. They have hourly shuttles to the other Bay Gardens properties. It is an older hotel but kept clean and attractive. The people are invaluable gems.

We stayed here for a few nights prior to flying back to uk after a fortnight of island hopping. The hotel is very convenient for the Marina with bars and restaurants etc. We were also able to walk to Gros Islet for the Friday Night Street Party. Felt safe doing so, although we did not stay late. The staff at the hotel are all amazing. Very helpful and friendly! Loved our stay.

I dropped my wallet as I left checked out of the hotel. I didn't realize it until about 45 minutes later. When I returned to the hotel the staff had secured my wallet and locked it up. All the contents, including approximately $1,000 US dollars was still in the wallet. I can't express how GREAT the staff was!!!!

Check in was smooth, I cannot remember the receptionist’s name but she was amazing all through my stay. She was very pleasant. The room was appropriate for it’s cost. Noted: one of the plastic balcony chairs were broken, the sheet was torn and the bed skirt was dirty. The breakfast was satisfactory, good local food. One day my cream cheese appeared moldy but I was not quite sure so I dumped it. I ordered dinner one night and received five (5) calamari rings on a plate for $14USD which in my opinion was insane. It was returned with no issue. I received my complimentary drink which was strong and enjoyable. Housekeeping was also quite satisfactory. The shuttle irritated me one day, literally drove me around for 45 minutes, almost twice the time it usually takes. The driver just made eye contact and gave no reason, I told the receptionist but it ended there. The shuttle was otherwise reliable and on time. The pools were clean both at the Marina Haven and at the Resort. Pool towels are available but I was not informed. I saw another family receiving towels on my last day which I when I found out towels were available to guests. Overall, my stay was good. The male servers were a bit flirtatious, just one went a bit beyond my limit but the others were respectful and charming from a distance. I am likely to consider here for another stay, with room for recommendation to others. Reasonably priced budget stay.

Lovely little hotel with beautifully kept rooms and pool. Exceptionally friendly staff made us feel right at home. We only had the pleasure of staying one night, but used the shuttle to their sister property the next day to enjoy the beach. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

It was a lovely getaway for my wife and I. Quiet and relaxing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here.very satisfied

Anazingly interpersonal management and staff who make guests feel like part of a family. Will definitely stay again!

The staff was GREAT! The hotel is clean and well maintained but is a bit dated.
