Great room in every way. Spacious, quality, air, towels. Extremely courteous and helpful fromlnt desk both day and night shifts. Fantastic find!

Very good! Perks: • clean • comfortable bed with normal sized pillows (none of those “square” junk pillows) • real bathroom fan! • friendly staff • cold fridge • clean AC/Heating

The girl at the desk late nights was very pleasant and used correct pronouns something I wasn't expecting in Greenfield or late night hotel desks.

Initially assigned room with heavy perfume smell. Presumably prior guest smoked and either they or the maid attempted to correct it. While front desk promptly assigned another room, it should never have been in the inventory.

Nice rooms. Good shower. Low water pressure. Breakfast buffet not good toward the end of the serving hours things were dry or unavailable.

This was a reasonably priced property for what it is: a clean, decent place to stop for the night. Some limited office amenities, a small pool, but the breakfast was lacking: Basic cereals, toast, bagels, muffins and coffee. Staff claimed the juice machine was out of order, and the kitchen staff called off, so no hot foods of any kind were available for a Sunday morning. We were unable to check in at 2:40pm because the staff rigorously enforces their 3pm check in time, but welcomed us to sit and wait in the lobby until then. No restaurants or bars are located here, but some dining was available across the street.

Hotel tired. Room had a Oder. Closet damaged. Runs worn. No TV remote which took 39 minutes to fix and required changing rooms.

Beds better than most hotels (and my body is picky). Ac nice and quiet. Got in late, toilets didnt flush solids or toilet paper, had to go the hillbilly route and flush it with a trashcan of water. Pool was fizzy and over chemical use, smelled like pure bleach. Breakfast was standard -waffle maker, egg beaters, sausage links, Quaker oatmeal, yogurt, muffins, bagels, cereal.

We were impressed with all their Covid protocols, from the desk to the room, there were clean vs ‘dirty’ pens, hand sanitizers at the elevators, etc. They’re doing a great job of protecting their clientele!
