The property was under construction and the main area was in a state that was very raw construction with heavy chemical fume smells. The business center, pool, and fitness center were under construction. The breakfast was extremely limited and was not at all sufficient to call breakfast . There was also a lot of loud construction noise. Multiple people complained to the staff during the short period of time I was there, the hotel should just be closed until renovation is done. It was a very poor experience, the staff was nice though. I felt bad for them

The property was under renovation but accommodations were made to compensate for the construction work. Nice facility/staff and we would stay there again.

The walls are not very soundproof. The room and bathroom were clean. Check in and check out was very efficient. Hot breakfast was provided.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites of Greenfield could use some freshening up (carpets and so on). But the room was quiet and the bed comfortable. We were in town for a family reunion and stayed two nights. The front desk clerk was friendly. The breakfast was standard roadside hotel fare. We have no complaints about our stay there.

Reserved 2 rooms when I got there they said I only had 1 room I put my sister and her husband in that room then I had to run around town and find another room

The breakfast is free. Also. Over cooked, burnt. The sausage, biscuits and eggs were all over cooked. The ad says 600-1000 for breakfast. Nope

Good stay. We stayed here last summer and returned because I knew it was a good place to stay. Good variety at breakfast, including hot options. Nice pool and hot tub for the family to enjoy. Comfortable beds, spacious room. Nice to have the mini fridge and microwave also. Also, nice that there are several restaurants and stores nearby. Only negative in this hotel is that the pool area could use some repair. Not the actual pool itself, but the window trim inside the pool area is rusted and not in great shape. This is probably due to the heat and moisture in the room. It was definitely very warm in the pool area for those just supervising kids in the pool.

Our room smelled musty but it was clean. Toilet water didn’t shut off. People on 3rd floor above us were jumping around so it was very loud. Breakfast was fresh and hot and Hostessing was very polite.
