Hotel was fine the bed was clean the room was clean. The bed was comfortable plenty of parking easy access in and out if you want to clean room in a nice stay, and you’re just there to sleep no frills I recommend this place

Good location and room is clean

Passing through and found the place was clean and comfortable for the night.

We booked this hotel because it had the option to sleep 6 (three queen beds). It was more affordable to do one room for 6 instead of 2 rooms at the nicer hotels in Green River. We can't recommend this hotel to anyone unless they are in an absolute pinch and don't care where they rest their head. The hotel doors weren't locked, which we felt was a huge safety issue. The chair in our room had a broken arm. The toilet handle was broken. The shower head was unlike anything I'd ever seen, and not in a good way. The whole hotel was very very dated, smelly, and in need of updating. The walls/door was very thin as we could hear people yelling and kids running down the hall very easy. We weren't sure what was wrong with the cooling system/air return but we could smell other guests smoking ****. It was incredibly off putting to smell that so strongly when we had four children with us. Do not stay here unless you have no other choice at all.

The first impression from walking in the lobby wasn't great. Old run down furniture and a drum set in the corner made me want to turn and walk out. But since I prepaid, I continued on. The room was surprisingly clean and well kept. slightly dated (there was a telephone in the bathroom). But clean. And the staff was very nice.

The hotel charged us $50 more for having 4 guest in 2 queen rooms each. Very unprofessional, they gave us the excuse that our reservation didn’t have the correct number of guest. Given that the rooms were for 4 per room. We had the correct number of guest for every room we had booked.

Terrible customer service, literally hung up on us when prompted for documentation to submit for the case in question. Manager not on duty multiple days in a row. Rude.

We paid more than average for the area because both ******* and the hotel website indicated there was an indoor pool. It was closed. There was also a $40 fee for our dog which was not indicated on the ******* site. It only said pets allowed.
