格林河國家公園區舒適酒店(Comfort Inn Green River National Park Area)

Very easy check in , hospitable staff, refreshing jacuzzi/pool. All smiles after a long road trip…

Rooms and property were excellent. It's a brand new place thats really nice! But the infastructure of the town to help support the hotels were lacking! There were no open restaurants there and only 2 fast food places open for food. There was a nice supplied breakfast at this hotel but no other sit down places to eat.

The Green River Comfort Inn was very clean. The hotel had a full breakfast and the staff were friendly. I will always stay here when I am traveling west on I 70

We checked in went to our room, used the bathroom and left to get food. When we returned we heard loud music and yelling outside out room, we looked out and saw a party going on on a patio outside out room, this was 9:30. I went to the front desk to ask for a room change. Laura was very rude and said she would not change our room if we had used the bathroom. I told her that a party was going on just below our room. She said, I did not know they were having a party. I was shocked and about to leave then she said she would see if she could move us. She gave us a new room but said she would need to check our room to see if she could resell, good luck with that. That party was not ending any time soon. I the new room, not coffee pot, iron and the TV did not work. This should be called uncomfort Inn.

They have bed bugs! I want a refund and they are giving me the run-around. I had to move to a different hotel, at night in the snow.

My son and I arrived to a cold, curt, older front desk worker who said two words and basically tossed the key at us and went back to sit on the couch to watch TV. Room was ok but we were placed near all the rooms under construction and I'm confident we were the only ones down there (which felt intentional). My son asked what we did wrong and "why was he glaring at us when we walked by?" which I did not appreciate. Didn't hear anything about facilities or breakfast from the desk agent and given how unwelcome he made us feel we decided to go to McDonald's instead. Don't know the reason for the cold reception we got (maybe being non-white in Utah but everyone else on our trip was super friendly) but definitely a bad experience and it made us not really able to notice or appreciate anything else about the hotel. Skipping Comfort Inn from now on 👋

Comfortable bed, quiet room. There’s a good restaurant a couple of blocks away. Included breakfast at the hotel was very good!

Excelente hotel, muy limpio y muy amable el personal.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. We were greeted by Kamila who checked us in promptly and was so kind. There was a good breakfast spread as well. Highly recommend!
