I arrived around 10:15 pm after a long day of traveling. I was given a room key and I proceeded to my room. I tried to open the door only to find that there were already people in that room. The guy said to try the room next door. My key did, in fact, open the room next door, but again there were already people in that room. After several more trips back to the front office, I finally received a key to a room that was actually empty and available. The front office staff never actually apologized for messing up my rooms, nor did they seem overly concerned that I was inconvenienced, as well as the two parties that I accidentally walked in on. As I tried to sleep around 11:00 I kept wondering if anyone will be walking in on me. Although I had high hopes of finding a good hotel from all of the reviews I read ahead of time, I will never stay here again.

Hotel staff was great. Service was great. Quiet hotel. Now the bad part: Front desk lady was so sweet and helpful. Called to make sure hotel shuttle was actually awake and coming to pick me up to take me to airport. She called and was assured they were coming. Staff kept me company while I waited. Truly an amazing person. Staff called again, still no show. 30 mins later and still no show I headed to airport via alternate means. Had to be paid back for advanced parking. Hotel Shuttle is no good for early morning flights.

Came in for the Packers game. Simple hotel, no thrills, got the job done. Didn’t really notice any of the airport noises in previous reviews, could just be me. Clean and comfortable beds. Would stay again!

Came for a packer game. Very expensive for a 1 night stay. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Shower no pressure. Pool.area Very small and uninviting hot tub looked gross..But customer service was excellent snd so was the breakfast, but definitely not worth the money we paid for 1 night over 300.00

Our room was extremely warm and humid, despite adjusting heating/cooling unit. Reserved room for 4 people, room was stocked with towels for 3 people. Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly and helpful.

The lady at the front desk was very rude and kept coming in the pool area to complain about everything from drinks in the pool area to someone sitting on the whirlpool stairs. Had to call the front desk because the room was so hot and the knobs on the air/heat were *****ped so we couldn’t put any air on, she came in and opened the window! Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, area is fine.

The shuttle service was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! The driver was extremely rude. Also allowed a personal phone call on speaker. I asked if she would mute the call. It was offensive plus the caller made threats to us the passengers.

I stayed for a Packers game. Close to the stadium. Good value. Very clean with updated rooms. Would stay again.

Beds are not soft. Old carpet and poor repairs bad water pressure. Sleped in chair was better than bed. Cost to much.
