I’m pretty certain I’ve been at this location before, but the facility seems to have gone down in quality since my last stay. The tv in my room had a dead spot and lines in the screen so it was a little difficult to watch, and the toilet continuously ran until I flushed it a couple more times after about an hour. The good news is it looks like they were getting a delivery of new toilets when I was leaving. Cleanliness was okay but it all seemed a bit run down.

I had requested handicap room but none were available on check in. I did get a first floor room after being offered 2nd floor. Bathroom had a low toilet and no grab bars in either toilet area or shower/tub. Hotel used to be nice when we stayed there but it is worn now. Curtains are torn, furniture needs updating.

Very dated facility. Pictures on ********** are deceiving; looks nicer and newer than it is. Breakfast area was dirty. No coffee, very limited seating. Rooms was adequate but shower and sink area were small. Tub had a chip/hole in it. Room smelled like smoke (was non-smoking). $160 a night was absurd for this place.

Overall our experience was okay. The bed is comfortable and the room was a decent size. I always like rooms that have the mini fridge empty so you can put your own things in there. This should have been an uneventful trip as we just needed a place to sleep, however the toilet had major issues. Everytime you flush it keeps running and running and running. At one point it backed up and the 3rd shift girl didn’t know what a plunger was and by the time I helped her find it it backed up all over the bathroom floor. If it wasn’t for that I probably would have rated higher. Everything else about the trip was good.

First impression was very bad as the front desk girl was extremely rude and acted as we were an inconvenience. Even threw the room key at me! She just didnt want to be there or do her job. Also the room was not clean as there was old foid pieces on the carpet. Also cigarette smoke was coming into our room from somewhere very strong. It was disgusting.
