Terrific service at both checknin and Check out! Awesome breakfast with lots of options. The breakfast lady was terrific.
Rooms and hallways are quote dated, but clean with comfortable bed.

The TV reception was limited. TV had interference. And could not watch a full program before program froze. If it is satellite it was the worst signal.

I did not stay at this property due to closure of pool. No activities for New Year’s Eve and no shuttle. I got locked out of my vehicle. I called you and asked for a refund. I left a message with the manager and I’m hoping to have some money refunded after all it was New Year’s and I am from Canada and this was in the United States.

We booked this hotel for our daughter’s 11th birthday so she could swim. Upon check in, we were informed the pool and hot tub were not working until 2 days later.
You can imagine our daughter’s disappointment. She cried.
I want a full refund for this room - this was unacceptable.

Was handy to shopping etc.There was a night it was really noisy. Should have complained but it was in an area the front staff had to know.

The beds were horribly hard and uncomfortable, the bathroom shower had mold in the tiles, there was broken night stand. The toilet was so close to the door you couldnt use it without going sideways. Pool and hot tub was dirty with film and mold on the inside of the handles to get out.
