Great property we arrived early and were able to check into our room which was awesome as my husband had a business appointment and the rest of our family was able to swim during his appointment. Dining close by which is always a plus. Very friendly staff. We would stay here again.

Hampton Inn was fine except noisy. I retired early since I had to be up early and all I heard was slamming doors and the person above me walking around. Breakfast was good.

I stayed at this Hampton Inn twice - once upon arriving to Great Falls and again before departing from Great Falls. I don't stay at Hampton Inn as much as I used to as I have found the price has increased while the quality has decreased. I only stayed here because other family members had booked rooms at this location. On my first stay, the room I was given had a bad musty odor. I requested to change rooms and they gave me another room. On my second stay, the AC didn't work. Even the fan didn't work. The hotel was completely booked (according to the evening manager) so I was stuck in a warm, stifling room. The management was mildly apologetic, but I wasn't given any compensation for having spent over $200 for a room without AC. The breakfast is also below average. I'm used to eggs tasting fake at hotels, but this was the first time I've had bacon that tasted fake.

Excellent stay with an excellent breakfast in the morning with a very friendly staff. Would for sure stay next time through Great Falls

Our only negative comment was the shower. We were given a handicapped room and whenever we showered the bathroom flooded all the way to the carpet

The air conditioning was not working properly, so we did not have a good a sleep as we normally would have. We like to have a cool room and the first night we could only get the temp down to 72 and the second night was a little better, we were able to get the temp down to 69. For our sleeping habits, this was still not cool enough. But overall, the property was ok.

Staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Good breakfast options as well.

I didn’t like: no shuttle service to airport at 3:30 am

The breakfast was decent and the lady running the breakfast should get a raise. She was awsome.
