Never use it I had Covid19 and they didn’t return my money

If you're looking for a wonderful place to take your pets, this is the place. The grounds are beautiful with plenty of room for them to stretch their legs. The place was cute in a retro way and Rhonda was a pleasure to work with. A real Travel Treat! Highly recommend!

I was swayed by their claim to be associated with the Red Lion Inn(as a sister property) in Stockbridge and the photos. I had major problems and there was no employees on the property to assist with anything. Dresser was dirty, windows had spider webs and shades and curtains didn't work, front door handle works up not down. There might be other rooms that match their pictures , mine did not.

Lovely manager. Made it feel more like a B & B than a roadside motel. Very convenient to everything we wanted to access in the Berkshires.

We really wanted to like this property, but the overall upkeep was not what we expected bssed on the listing. Could not recommend to friends and family.

Breakfast was amazing. My only criticism is that the volume on the tv was set too low. Lovely area. Nice personal touches

Staff were lovely, very comfortable king bed. Retro style so old fashioned. Very convenient location. Perhaps a little fixing up on the outside might be a bonus. Just what we needed for our short stay

Very quiet. Easy check in. Wall papering peeling in some spots but cute clean room. Could have used a work area for my laptop.

The property could use some upgrades. For the price it would have been nice to have a new toilet that wasn’t stained and yellowed, walls that weren’t damaged and upholstery that wasn’t stained. Also the curtains fell down when we tried to open them and the window lock was broken.
