大急流城機場麗怡酒店(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Grand Rapids Airport, MI)

We were nervous about getting in too late to check in, but the man at the front desk was so nice and reassured us at check in that were were fine checking in late. He offered my daughter a snack as it was 2 am and we had not eaten since 5. I would highly recommend this for service. The beds were not all that comfortable, but it was only a few hours. I would definitely use this hotel again

On the surface it was nice: the shower & towels were clean and the water hot. The bedding was clean. The pool quiet and refreshing. Breakfast was great. However, our room faced the Meijer parking lot and the window coverings were sheer and there was no way to close the main curtain as they were just panels and did not move. The walls are thin and you can hear the hallway and surrounding rooms. The curtains had stains all over them - the sheer panel and thicker sections. I ***** the beds for housekeeping and the mattress cover came up revealing blood on the mattress. I wouldn't not stay here again.

Great value for the cost. Good hot breakfast included. Everytbing clean and in good repair. Very close to a number of restaurants, adjacent to a grocery store and a large number of EV charging ports (L2 standard chargers, DC fast chargers and Tesla Superchargers all available).

We stayed a week. Nice clean large room with a door between the living and bed area. Wish the pool had a hot tub. Loved the cookies they baked for us. The pull out couch could use a better mattress because it was basically just springs. Staff was very friendly. I would stay again.

Overall, the hotel is fine. Staff had the petsonality of a wet blanket. Asked for maid service, never got it. 6 nights, no service. Not even clean towels. Also killed to roaches. Yes roaches of some kind.

Nice breakfast, very friendly staff. Hotel rooms and common areas could use updates. Elevator was flashing lights; must have been a flood somewhere, lots of fans in certain parts on each floor.

Stayed there 20 years ago and thought it was quaint. Raids on said it had adjoining rooms so I booked then called the property to find out they didn’t have those. Frustrating.

It was a little run down and appeared to have some people staying there long term. There were several dogs I would hear barking while I was in the hallway and there were several places of urine and even feces on the rugs. I never unsafe and the location was good.

had a torn window curtain which allowed light in at night. Also clerk told us no top floor rooms were available so we were on the 2nd floor. Above us, a kid ran around from 6 am until our check out.
