哥倫比亞購物中心戴斯酒店(Days Inn by Wyndham Grand Forks Columbia Mall)

It was a pleasant experience staying there.

We had to check out right after we checked in because the smell of smoking is very strong inside the room and hotel. We had to find another hotel. I would like a full refund ( return back the points used).

The Hot Tub was out of order. The room phone did not work. The waffle maker for breakfast wasn't working properly. We chose the hotel because we wanted pool and hot tub and advertised breakfast. Disappointed

It was great, love the location, have stayed many times. Fantastic staff and great breakfast @

One of our two queen beds was broken. Both were uncomfortable. Bathroom was tiny. Hallway carpets were really dirty

The hotel smelled like smoke the minute you walked in. Our room smelled like stale beer and cigarettes. The hall and common area carpet was disgusting. The bottom of the tub was gray. The toilet was constantly running and at 9:45 pm after a long days drive they sent a man up to repair it, he had to leave and go to Walmart to get a tool. He returned and it did not fix it so we turned the water off to the toilet so we could get some sleep. Do not stay here.

The pool was wooden and nice, the breakfast has a good selection. The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were outdated and smelt dingy as in maybe there was sitting mold or water damage left for a long period of time. I understand hotels are overwhelmed but I also had to buy cleaners to clean our bathroom.

People at the reception were nice and very accommodating. Althought the beds and the sheets were clean, the room itself could have been cleaner. The air conditionner was very noisy and smelled moldy. The rug in would need a good vaccuming and deep cleaning. The fridge needs to be defrosted. The entire bathroom needs to be renovated as the fixtures are cracked and worned out.

A good hotel for the price. The breakfast was decent as was the room. A bit dated but was pretty good overall. Front desk clerk was excellent; she checked us in even though she wasn't actually on duty. Nice to be able to walk to everything.
