We thought the location was great, the pool and lawn areas we fine. Just the cabins where a little tied and need some work.

Clean and comfortable, if a little run down. Seems to attract a friendly crowd. The most important thing: a newish air conditioner with the power to deal with those sticky subtropical nights.

The ad on wotif said toilet and shower in room amenities but there was none in cabin. False description of room. No refund.

The Glenwood is a great place to stay. Very convenient. Good value for money

I booked a pet friendly motel room. Checking in I was told I was upgraded to a pet friendly cabin. I was then charged an additional $40 pet fee! The cabin was not clean, the dirt and dust behind the bed was disgusting I had to clean the bed side table. There was a lamp on both sides of the bed but could use one for the wasn’t a power point to plug in the other lamp . The were no comfortable chairs we had to use the outdoor chairs to watch TV very uncomfortable! This is the worst accommodation we have ever experienced!

Staff were helpful organising assistance to my husband who has trouble getting up stairs. The room was basic but clean The price for 1 night was very reasonable

Had a really nice time, managers were lovely and cabin was clean and tidy, great size fridge. Will be back

They need to put rails and bigger steps at the out door toilets steps very narrow not good for old people to use easily
