Hola a todos, estamos encantados del trato recibido por parte del equipo de recepción y el resto de la plantilla, sobretodo de Jein, inmejorable hotess, con gran capacidad para solucionar cualquier incidencia, y de Fitri, Irwan y Eros. Excellent Service from Hotel... Clean, comfort and quite room. Smart TV and strong wifi. Placed in downtown city of Gorontalo. Good coffee too here... Got a free upgrade too... Thanks Yulia Hotels Gorontalo Will be back for sure next time.

Rooms are very good with AC, Smart-TV and comfortable shower. I would like to highlight the whole staff, which helped us in every possible way. Organizing everything we need and really cared about our comfort. Even for our further trip through Sulawesi. Special thanks to Irwan!!

Very comfortable and clean hotel room! And its very spacious. The staff is very helpful and attentive to details. Breakfast buffet is also nice with multiple choices available. Would recommend for anyone visiting Gorontalo as its located right in the city center.

We had an absolutely amazing time at yulia hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Yulia Hotel. Nice rooms, with comfortable beds and modern design and good lighting. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Miss Jein went above and beyond to help is either all our wishes. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

Highly recommended, aesthetic hotel, comfortable and quiet. The food in the restaurant and at Mocca Caffe is very tasty and fresh. One of my favorites is coffee macchiato. especially for those of you who love coffee, you must try it. So let's visit Yulia Hotel now.

The staff was lovely and extremely helpful. We initially booked 2 nights, but we had to cut our stay short because of a change in the ferry schedule and we received our money back. The hotel is a very good value for money, with big clean rooms and great breakfast. Highly recommended

Very nice hotels. The foods are super great and the prices are very affordable. Great experience so far!! Really recommend this place to stay at Gorontalo. Definitely will be back again!! Cons: there is no elevator but it only has 2 floors so no big deal.
