Отдыхали с 22.02.23 по 03.03.23 семьей 5 взрослых и ребенок. Снимали виллу.Все понравилось.Расположен в 5мин от пляжа.Территория чистая ухоженная,много зелени,цветущие кусты,пальмы.Хороший чистый бассейн,с удобными лежаками. Персонал отзывчивый, внимательный,уборка по просьбе без проблем. Хотим сказать большое спасибо менеджеру Нараяну всегда решал все вопросы и пожелания, отличный повар готовил вкусно нам крабы и креветки,службе уборки за чистоту. Спасибо за наш чудесный отдых.Отель рекомендую однозначно.Цена качество в полном соответствии

Owner name Asha. We had worst experience with this villa. Never ever book this just because it is near beach. Person ***aging recommends rides by saying good opinion about rides by having internal links among them which is even pathetic. Put goa trip itself spoiled because of the guy ***aging it. Villa also once we vacated he asked for 1200 to clean as we used bedsheets which was not mentioned earlier. How can we sleep without a fold marks in bedsheet. They are here loot money. Never ever recommend this villa. This is honest review we were waiting for 45 mins after vacating as the person started checking bedsheet towel plate counts which delayed our next location reaching time. And then he took 500 to give back our ID cards. He was keeping our ID cards and denied to give back until we pay.

Pros: Stayed here twice Dec 2021 & Dec 2023. Its a good place overall, very close by to Candolim, Calangute & Baga beaches. Affordable. Cons: Toilets are not that clean, proper maintenance is required. There were mosquitoes in the omlet when we ordered one. Should improve the quality of kitchen.

Stayed here for a week with my family . We had a total of 3 rooms and the overall experience was amazing . The Rooms are well maintained and have all the essential amenities that a modern day family would require . The AC , Fridge and tv in the rooms are brand new . The Property also has a good size and clean pool which is wonderful for the days when you just want to unwind and chill in the resort . The staff is helpful and goes out of their way to make your stay memorable. The Resort also has a very good restaurant that provides made to order dishes . The Chef is very accommodating with your allergy and dietary requests while preparing your meals . They also helped us to get a scooter at a very reasonable rate . Special shout-out to the owner Rahil who is always available to help and support with the guidance and help you need in goa . Last but not the least , the location ! Location in a peaceful alley but right in centre of all the fun places in Goa .

Coming from US, this was definitely a let down. The rooms were not clean, there were ants and mosquitoes in the rooms, pool was dirty and the breakfast served was so average. I’m a nutshell, I would not come to this resort ever again.

It was good overall. Good service & good location, but the toilets have no proper ventilation. Without exhaust fans in the toilets at times it stinks. Apart that, my stay was satisfactory.
