博格馬羅海灘度假村(Bogmallo Beach Resort)

The location is ideal with all sea facing rooms ith great view. But the rooms are in totally rundown condition. The floors need urgent repairs and the furniture is in very bad state. The bathroom floors are badly stained and the tiles are in real need of change. However the fixers in bathroom run well and the hot water is good. The breakfast is far from the standard one is used to from 5 star resort. The egg live station only has masala omelette and the cheese ( which is hidden) no other ingredients are there. No cold cuts or selection of cheese. Hardly any service on the table. However staff is polite. Actually location and staff has prompted me to give it 3 stars

One of the best place in Goa to stay .The best part is the location of the property which is biggest attraction of the trip.100 meters walk to beach , beautiful sunset which is so soothing, that really bring a smile on face.Food ,hospitality is just value for mony.staff is so concerned about the staff that you will never feel away from home.Speciallytheir ***ger Karishma.she is gem to ***gement. Not a single drawback of the stay in this nature'splace.

Hotel is best for quality air and service and clean . Food is also good. Hotel is fully accessible. Swimming pool is clean. Music and live music is also superb. All rooms have Sea and Beach face with beautiful. Hotel staff and ***ager is good for anything. Thank you so much

The location is wonderful and premises are clean and well kept. Staff is very attentive and Rita, the Guest Relations ***ager, is exceptional. The restaurants offer a variety of food to appeal to a variety of diets. We appreciated the air conditioning since it was very hot and humid when we visited.

An amazing resort with an amazing location away form the hustle and bustle with a great hospitality . Was feeling to stay more few day at the resort .Special thanks to the H.R. team. Both the ladies were so cooperating. Will be visiting again. 😊

Just amazing! View of the sea is to die for and the staff is super friendly, prompt and caring. Neat, clean linens, washroom, surroundings. Great tasting food. What more can one ask for.

The good stuff: - Hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to GOI airport, perfect place to stay if you have a flight the next day. - It is also fantastically located right next to a picture perfect beach. - The Duty ***ager Rita is amazing - introduced herself to us immediately upon check in, made herself available if we needed any advice or support, offered advice and suggestions for us based on our movements. Stepped in and helped us resolve an issue with the restaurant. The not so good stuff: - Hotel and rooms are dated. Could do with a refurbishment to bring them up to a modern standard. - Pool is fantastic and refreshing, but could be better maintained (cleaned). - The activity operators operating on the beach next to it are dodgy scammers - steer clear of the beach activities. - Had a run in with the restaurant, the food took in excess of 2 hours to reach us. Resturant staff and ***ager were unsympathetic, did not communicate, and came up with a co****sation they subsequently revoked. Luckily, the Duty ***ager Rita listened to us in the morning and came up with a satisfactory resolution.

Location is great, Staff is good. Rooms are old. Food is poor and pricy.

very bad experience , can i get money back ? i booked for 3 days BUT run away in few hours
