Nice hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. Great view from the bar terrac but motorway is noisy.
Restaurant relatively slow both at dinner and breakfast. Not impressed with a la carte dinner (food quality and value for money).

Booked an Executive Room, very disappointed, had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs, room 39 clean but dated, bathroom desperately needs attention / refit. Hot water tap didn't work, the Loo flushing was 'unique'and the Shower was great if you are under 4ft tall!
But Dinner was good, view amazing and the few staff I spoke with very pleasant.
No one on Reception when I left to discuss this with as not manned till 8am

Very nice hotel, a little tired in places, nice early morning wake up by cleaners getting into the cleaning cupboard and getting ready. Comfy bed and pillows.

Very good overall. Just a few small gripes that would make it perfect - plug sockets by the bed in annexe were odd, fitted the lamps which had round pins on the plugs but not a normal UK phone charger. Water too hot in sink tap and not a mixer, so either washed hands in cold water or burnt them. One tap moving around a lot and needs tightening up. Evening meal a little expensive, but excellent service and good choice. Plentiful breakfast. Much better than another similar hotel in the area. Comfortable room and clean bathroom. Will definitely stay again.
