Front office staff were friendly and informative. There was much more going on at the hotel so it was fairly busy but despite that, we enjoyed a quiet getaway. Very enjoyable and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub too!

Everything was great ! The only thing I wish I was aware of was an additional $50 per fee that neither the hotel or ******* made me aware of .

Hotel is quit comfortable staff beyond friendly and helpful room clean no mini frig or microwave hotel does have room service that’s is reasonably priced good options bar is on location found that to be tight fit on a Friday night but nice live music hotel is at a great location lots to walk around see and shop

My second stay, I like this hotel but this one was a bit loud, they were having some upgrades and the noise started really early.

This is an old hotel and while the property is well preserved and maintained the walls are thin and it’s noisy. It’s expensive for one night and when the room above starts LOUD fusion jazz at 6 AM…. Well….you just get up.

Great place to stay. Beautiful hotel with an old school modern flare. Rooms are comfortable. Only complaint is toilet would leak when flushed. Other than that…slept extremely well. Have a pub right in the hotel for some social fun.

This stately old hotel has been extensively remodeled and is a delightful walk back in time. Plus, the holiday decorations were totally charming. Kudos to the hotel's managers for a job well done!

The Queensbury Hotel is old and has many renovations, however the walls are incredibly thin and sound travelled through the door from an adjoining room as well as the wall. I could tell you exactly what movies the neighbors were watching for 4 hours and their conversations. When we called down for earplugs or a solution, the front desk said they would "call us back" and then they chose not to. This made for a really rough go, sleeping with our child in the room. The front desk made no attempt to address the issue, other than acknowledging that the room we were in had sound issues as an "adjoining room." Given that they know this is an issue, and it isn't listed on their site as a problem for the room we reserved, it's surprising that they would not make an attempt to help. Would not stay there again, given the chain hotel/motel options are easily as comfortable with less noise issues. Also, they offer 2 complimentary drinks for guests in their pub downstairs, which was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, the "rules" we were handed on the envelope did not specify "house wine" so when my wife asked for a suggestion from the waiter for a glass of red, he obliged and then the bar didn't honor the wooden tokens for the drink. An easy problem to rectify that was not handled by the pub or the management.
