Well. The phones must be on silent...garbage in gardens...great for nsw supporters cockroaches in bathroom, reception guy was... I was unwilling to complain due to the daydreamy nature of him (think of a beatles song) kind of mode...unable to direct clients to the carpark available for the property and seemed confused as to basic function. Tradesmen working all hours ie 11pm and dropping stuff.. Left the property a day early, did not feel confident in much nor did I feel able to complain to staff about staff when staff was...well... I already eluded to something there...wait...housekeeping was friendly, and she tried...Hot water didn't present itself until the end of the shower...For the price, its a room and the microwave, kettle, doorlocks and fridge worked.

You get what you pay for. Accom was average. Fairly clean, bed comfy but soft. Reception doesnt open until 2.00pm. Hot water not great when down far end away from reception. Budget accommodation, but ok.

Value for money in a convenient location. Staff always happy to assist if any issues arise.

No dramas.

Shower took several minutes before it got warm, and even then it was on full. I was in a upstairs room facing a street, when there were several vacant rooms facing town, with a balcony. Room was clean and comfy, though.

Nice large room on 2nd floor with balcony, tree was a little large for a view over the harbour. Pool was a little green and filter had a lot of old leaves in it. Air conditioner was nice and quiet. Car parking had lots of large spaces.

Thank you for being so accommodating and given me a credit when I had to make a last minute cancellation due to a family emergency.

The reception is mostly unattended and no one answers the phones. The rooms are not serviced daily and one wonders how the milk for the tea/coffee would be replenished.
