Check in, need to pay £200 up front despite paying for the hotel months ago. Check out, young girl on reception working at the speed of a slug, accuses me of not paying and that I need to go and fetch proof, once she finally realizes that it was her fault, she issues no apology, no sense of cutesy, bad attitude. I didn't spent the 200 deposit I was forced to leave and I am still waiting for the remaining £90 that I am informed takes 5 days.
I wouldn't stay here again or advise anyone else to.
