喬治敦温德姆公主華美達酒店(Ramada by Wyndham Princess Georgetown)

I have stayed at Princess Ramada several times, but this is the first time that I had to pay a large amount just to check in a couple of hours early. Never happened before. I was very tired and hot, so I paid - not happy about it.

Room was generally clean. However, upon closer inspection there were dust and grime in some areas. Breakfast was limited but food was good nonetheless. Staff were very helpful and customer service overall was excellent.

It was okay Could do with improvements to breakfast there wasn’t much choice

House keeping was the worst. Got back to my room to rush out to a wedding and there was no towels to shower 😑 took them an hr to bring towels after calling the front desk. They cleaned our room once in 5 days on top of it .. we had to put out our own garbage… they had no shampoo and electricity kept going periodically and ohh no hot water and the ice machines didn’t work on any floor.. I requested a soap for the sink and ofcourse 3 pillows wasnt enough for 2 persons so I requested.. they said the hotel had no more pillows 😑

Shower head have the water going all direction but on to you, don’t think they understand the shower is part of the cleaning as well, light bulb not working over the sink others flickering, bathroom door has a make shift dead bolt latch while the door has a 2” gap, this place is left to fall apart, the AC is dripping on the sofa and create a odor… because the lack of facilities in the country you are force to use whatever is available!

The hotel was safe and staff were exceptionally polite and friendly. The hotel could use some upgrades; 2 of 3 days pool towels were available for the guest, no hangers in the room, bathroom are not suitable for the rooms, if you have guest or sharing the room with others they will need to leave before a shower can be taken in privacy, safe deposit boxes did not work.

The Front Counter Staff were Excellent, always willing to help and courteous as one should be when one is in the Customer Service career. However, the staff in the ****** seems that everythig is a hassle for one, from having something to eat or drink or asking for asistance with using your games for ********. I have travelled a bit and have never seen such attitude towards customers. I cannot imagine that I paid money to receive that type of service. Very, very poor customer service. Everyone seems as if they hate the job that they are doing and very disgruntled. It spoils my day having to deal with them. If that was my business, I would fire the whole lot of them and hire staff who wants to work and who understands that without customers there is no business and therefore no job for them. No one comes there for credit or to ask for favours.
