Outdated and the cleaning left much to be desired. I had to clean the in room phone before I could use it because it was so sticky

Everyone was very friendly and courteous from check in to check out. The room was nice (we were upgraded to a suite!) and comfortable. The only odd thing was that the microwave was inside a cabinet but there was no electrical outlet inside the cabinet. We had to put the microwave on the table next to the cabinet to plug it in. Otherwise, it was quite enjoyable.

Bed comforter all clumped, completely useless. Coffee maker broken. TV remote control not working. Bathroom floor dirty. Bathroom sink stopper stuck. No milk for cereal. Overall appears to be no overall maintenance of rooms/ services.

Bed was rock hard, couldn't sleep, breakfast was slim pickings, lacked water pressure for my shower, water controls were not properly marked.

Very nice upgrade down so far inside the hotel needs minor maintenance down still inside rooms like towel holders in bathrooms on the first floor when i arrived i was amazed that there was no landscaping done to the property very surprised overall stay was great managers was awesome

Following snowstorm, other area hotels cared for their entire parking lot. AmericInn barely touched just the lane.. it was very slick. Hot tub was out of order. It was near shopping and restaurants

Bad snow storm i worked a double shift had to go back in less then 8 hours needed hot shower and a soft bed..

We stayed at this hotel while passing through the area. It was fine for an inexpensive hotel. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were terrible! The hot tub was out of service. The hotel could use some updating and deep cleaning, but it wasn’t dirty or in bad shape. Breakfast was ok, some fresh fruit would have been appreciated. The staff was very friendly and quick at check-in and when we had a request. Convenient and safe location. Overall, we were comfortable for a night, but I’m not sure I would want to stay here for much longer than that.
