佳利納温德姆花園每日 Spa 酒店(Wyndham Garden Galena Hotel & Day Spa)

We went for a weekend getaway and the hotel itself is lovely, clean, and comfy. The breakfast was okay and service was good. The kids running around is our biggest complaint. They have a nice pool area, but a family with 5 or 6 screaming kids took up the majority of the space and we didn’t spent more than 20 minutes in there. During breakfast, another family with 3 kids allowed their children to run and scream from the lobby back into the breakfast area. We were hoping because it’s a spa resort and for the price, there would be minimal families and more couples on weekend retreats. Would love to come back and enjoy this place but with all the screaming children we probably won’t.

Place was great, bath tub drain not working did let the staff know but it never was taken care of, other then that it was great experience, will stay there again..,

The original room we were supposed to stay in had a fireplace that would not work so they moved us to one of the newer suites. There was no soft flooring in there, and it did not have a very warm atmosphere. The couch was not comfortable at all. The bed was OK, better than the one we had when we stayed there a month ago. The new bathroom was very nice, but the shower did not drain very well. The room was fairly clean overall, but did have some debris here and there in the area of the refrigerator in the couch. The staff is very nice, the breakfast is a nice touch, and we have been staying at this hotel for several years. It would be nice if they threw a few area rugs in those rooms that have the hard flooring to make them a little warmer. Overall, we do enjoy staying at this hotel as they have been making improvements over the last few years.

Had a great time! Pool and workout area was top notch and the service was great. Very clean rooms. Would recommend!

We were very pleasantly surprised to see the beautiful renovation and transformation of the former Ramada that had taken place. It was so light and fresh and very clean. The receptionists as well as other staff we encountered were all very pleasant and accommodating. The "welcome" table with water, coffee and cookies was greatly appreciated as were the healthy breakfast options (Some of us were missing the pancakes, however). Also liked the use of china and silverware (just need to think about all the cup wrappers), going "green". The relatively long pool and the exercise room with new equipment were very clean. We definitely will chose this hotel again when in Galena and can highly recommend it!

Staff was nice when arrived and left. They had a crib in the room as I requested but there was no amenities like soap, shampoo etc. Clean room and hotel area. We booked this property for christmas eve.. a little something in the room upon our arrival would have make the arrival great. Like a small chocolate with a note that says Merry Christmas .

Receptionist was really nice. The hotel is clean spotless. The pool was bigger than most of the ones we've seen and water was not cold, which was perfect, the hot tub was perfect. Rooms were big, clean. Breakfast was good, but we personally missed eggs

Alana at the front desk was very helpful at check in. The equipment in the fitness center was very high quality, I got in a wonderful workout. Pool and hot tub were great and the area was very clean. Breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious. Great place to stay.

Common areas and room were very fresh and clean. The hotel was quiet, and parking was easy. It is 2 miles from the main street shops of Galena, and the hills between are VERY STEEP if you're considering walking.
