Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful front desk. Kept the coffee fresh and always there when we needed. Breakfast was made and kept up with pride from a single dedicated woman. The stay was enjoyable.

Our stay was brief so we didn’t tap into any services, we booked our room last minute and we were just happy that the room was clean and enough space for two people! 2 comfortable queen beds, shower pressure was great, and located close to restaurants. Would def recommend

Loved this clean and wonderful hotel

The Hotel itself was decent.. What made it not so enjoyable was the groups of Guests with the kids from the Soccer Teams staying there. They took up the whole lobby area in the evening, very loud and drinking alcohol the entire night into the late hours.... Kids running up and down the elevators tying them up (There were only 2 elevators), and the kids running up and down the halls screaming and carrying on.

It was clean. We was without tv the second day didnt get housekeeping and they didnt try to switch us to a new room until 11:30pm. Therefore we felt like we was in a jail cell. I feel we should atleast get half of our money back for the inconvenience

Hampton is our favorite chain, but this stay left a sour taste because of a ten-minute delay checking in. One person at desk is not enough on a Friday night; we had a reservation but waited while the employee struggled to accommodate a walk-in. A second person would have eliminated the problem.

Sadly my wife suffers from Lupus and we were unable to travel yesterday. We made the mistake of opting for the non refundable rate so we suffered the consequences. We love Hampton Inns and I am sure it would have been lovely for two seniors.

Wonderful coffee! We were not told that the entry card to our room was one that had to be held up to the door lock. A passing guest was able to help us gain entry. There was no information about the hotel itself such as location of the pool, breakfast area, nearest hospital, emergencies, or tv information. No info on restaurants, activities in the area, etc. Bed linens didn't cover two people in a king size bed. Room was too warm and thermostat didn't work. Water temperature in shower was mildly warm. The plastic knives had trouble cutting through a sausage or a waffle. Ended up eating with my fingers. Front desk people didn't seem to know answers to standard questions but they were nice and friendly.
