Check- in staff was abrubt and unwelcoming.
Checked with others around as though I had butted the line. (I didnt) Didnt explain policies. Such as 100$ hold in my card. Which is not uncommon, but, she could have mentioned it.
Gave me a keycard that did not work and insinuated that I did something to the card or didnt know how to use it.(I do and the 2nd one worked just fine). Only one TV worked and the one that did took us 20 min to make that happen.
Wifi didnt work with the password they told me...When I went to the desk a different unfriendly person gave me a "code" to get into the wifi. He wanted my " device" to put this in directly, but I didnt have my phone on me and there were 3 kids with many more " devices" in the room...so he agreed to write down the code.
Our room at chk in had 3 towels and 2 wash cloths for 5 people.
For the price we paid for 2 nights, it could have been a much more pleasant stay.
I will say the man who I checked out with was super friendly and I wish he would have been there all weekend.
