Ok, just Ok - nice river views - overall nice room - exterior in general could use a good pressure wash

The property has really declined in the last few years, especially in maintenance and housekeeping.

The top reviews on this place was lying. An 8.0 is not accurate. I should’ve just left and got a better room. The whole place smells like smoke and baby powder buckets of baby powder. The mattress topper was straight dirty. The bathroom was filthy. The pillows the beds the blankets were all very rough feeling and cheap.

Motel was very clean, and everything operated great. Very quiet which was really nice.

Room was in an outstanding condition! Soap, shampoo/conditioner and lotion dispensers were available! Very roomy and overall a 10.

If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay, this one works great, especially for the price!

A little disappointed with the "upgrade". Bed was horrible, could just about feel the springs coming through the mattress and the pillows were just non-existent. Had to request extra pillows (like 5) just to even be half way comfortable.

The lady at the front desk was rude (night shift). Scolded me for ringing her bell. Lectured me on other things. I just got back from a month out of the country - I think I know how to conduct myself. You should too! Blood spot on bottom of toilet seat. Mattress was comfortable and I was able to sleep.

There is no way that this hotel has a rating of very good. This hotel was filthy! The rooms have never been properly cleaned. Upon arrival, I always check the sheets first. It appeared that the fitted sheet had been turned over instead of replaced. The sheets were stained! The floor was so dirty that it appeared that we had been walking on fresh asphalt in the street. Mold and filth in the bathroom. You really need to drop this hotel to a two-star. Definitely not deserving of an eight-star.
