阿斯帕 - 聖保羅阿萊格里亞公寓酒店(Aspa - São Paulo Studios)

Staff atencioso. Pequeno-almoço buffet razoável em quantidade e variedade de produtos. Quarto limpo e acolhedor embora a necessitar de remodelação. Insonorização inexistente. Ouvem-se passos e conversas nos outros quartos e corredor, o dificulta o descanso.

Très bon séjour chez ASPA Alegria studio. Le personnel est adorable, le studio très bien équipé, extrêmement propre, on dispose même d'un jardin avec barbecue (relativement caché, cela dit), pas de climatisation, mais le ventilateur au plafond fonctionne bien. Le petit-déjeuner est très varié, riche, avec grand choix parmi la cuisine régionale. Nous sommes arrivés à 10h et nous avons déjà pu bénéficier de la chambre. Attention, l'hôtel est situé dans deux bâtiments, mais un code d'accès au bâtiment 2 est communiqué avant l'arrivée. (Seul bémol, la literie avec un matelas à ressort pas très confortable.)

Cobraram-me a estadia mesmo não tendo podedo comparecer devido a um voo cancelado no próprio dia. Ou seja, tive zero culpa de não poder comparecer, mas não tiveram a decência de me devolver o dinheiro. Ainda tiveram o descaramento de RESERVAR o quarto a outra pessoas, deste modo faturando comigo e com as pessoas que estavam a usufruir do que reservei. Consenti a fazerem-no mas com a condição de me devolverem o dinheiro das noites reservadas, o que foi aceite por eles. Mas hoje, ao ligar o senhor disse-me que devolveria mas em créditos para se quisesse voltar. Chulice de mais alto nível, mantenham-se afastados deste alojamento.

Sítio encantador com pessoas muito simpáticas e generosas. Um outro casal de hóspedes recomendou-me adicionar o pequeno-almoço e não podia ter feito melhor escolha. Produtos de qualidade e biológicos. Quarto muito espaçoso e confortável com um a decoração cheia de carácter... Dormi muito bem! Localização perfeita para conhecer o Funchal. Lugar encantador con gente muy amable y generosa. Otro huésped me recomendó añadir el desayuno y no podría haber hecho mejor opción. Productos de calidad y ecológicos. Habitación muy amplia y cómoda con una decoración llena de carácter. ¡Dormí muy bien! Ubicación perfecta para conocer Funchal.

Lovely, central and quiet place to stay. Great breakfast buffet. Stayed with friend and colleague for work for 4 days. Close to everything and very clean and we felt well looked after. Staff speak several languages and everyone was very welcoming.

Very disappointing. My room was run down and dingy and parts of the furnishings were simply broken or so badly rusted that pieces of rust crumble off. The staff in the breakfast room appeared every day in T-shirts and sweatpants.

I always book directly with the hotels as it provides a much better rate and this was my experience again. I booked through their website and the rates were much better than other online channels. The owner and his family are lovely people and they made every effort for my stay to be as comfortable as possible. As it was first time in Madeira I took the airport bus which dropped me right in the middle of Funchal centre at Le Vie shopping centre which is 3 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel itself has a lovely boutique feel and i got a nice big bright room with a very commutable queen bed. I was greeted by the friendly hotel owner who was very kind to give me an overview of Madeira and Funchal and things to do. With the Portugese inspired breakfast in the morning I got to try some delicious local fruits, jams and other items .... I loved the location as there were many restaurants for dinner just down the road from the hotel and the old town and waterfront is just 5 minutes walk away ... For gym goers there is a GYM at Le Vie Shopping centre that have day passes. The hotel itself feels just like home and there is a cosy sitting area in the reception where you can sit and read a book (the wifi is strong too) I am extremely thankful for the hospitality of the owner and his family.... I will definitely return and stay here again :)

Great location. Great room. We stayed in room 104. I tried to email you, but you haven’t replied. There are two main serious issues with that room. First is the wash sink in the bathroom has a large leak from the plumbing. The second is one of the wall mounted bedside lights has scorch marks on the wall, which suggests loose or faulty lighting. These need to be rectified asap. The beds haven’t been pulled out in a long time, with thick dust under them. The extraction fan in the bathroom needs to be hoovered, to get rid of the thick dust in it. The rooms light fan was making some really weird noises. I would book again when these faults would be rectified.

We stayed in a Superior Studio and a Deluxe Studio at ASPA Sao Paulo and the experience couldn't have been more amazing!!! The rooms were spacious, superbly decorated, with relaxing rain effect showers. The atmosphere in the hotel is so nice...you really feel like being in a family home! The staff is very friendly and professional. The view from the terrace is superb. We bought a bottle of wine and went to enjoy the evening on the upper terrace, it was a dream! BTW, the hotel has a little wine cellar that works like an honesty bar... The breakfast was one of the best we had. All local products and with a serious investment in organic produce. The gentleman that hosts breakfast is super fun. The free parking was an amazing bonus, as hotels in Funchal centre rarely have parking, let alone free! We barely watch TV but there was youtube and netflix too! The Deluxe studio even had a gym kit in the room. For all this we would say it was an excellent value for money. It is not a cheap hotel, but it offers quality to justify the price. We read some guests saying that the hotel was very noisy and we've got a bit apprehensive beforehand. But now we can honestly say that those comments are exaggerated! Yes, one can hear the cars passing by, but who comes to the city centre not expecting that?!?... Compared to other city hotels, we found this one to be quite comfortable to sleep. From midnight and until 08:00 we slept with the windows open without any problem for an entire week. We can't recommend this hotel enough!
