瑞士費裏敦酒店(The Swiss Hotel Freetown)

Great hotel with lovely small pool. All the staff are so very friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. Enjoyed chatting with a few and learning more about them. Very nice food and pool bar. Would definitely return.

Dit is de eerste keer voor mij in dit hotel. Voor de prijs krijg je prima waar voor je geld. Pluspunten zijn de kwaliteit van het eten en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Iets minder is de stabiliteit van de wifi. Zeker op de kamer is die wat beperkt, beneden in het restaurant werkt hij beter. De kamer is oke al werkt de AC niet heel verkoelend en lekt de douchekop enigszins. Al met al, prima hotel, zeker voor de prijs

Gorgeous hotel and lovely small pool and pool bar. Great location to get into town or beach. The staff could not gave been friendlier or more helpful. I felt they all became friends -- from the house keepers to bar staff, receptionists and managers. Highly recommended. I will return here on my next visit

This is a good value for money hotel option in Freetown. The rooms are clean, have running water, electricity and wifi above the general standard at most places in Sierra Leone or Liberia. The venue is safe with guards and walls towards the street. The only negative was that the staff were, at the time of my stay, instructed to take ridiculously high currency transfer surcharges several percentages beyond the normal hotel standard (I paid in cash to avoid those surcharges). In the bar, they also displayed another menu with updated prices upon payment a few percentages above the general menu initially offered. This was clearly something the management had asked the staff to implement and clearly not an inititative of the very nice, friendly and service minded staff. I hope this was just a temporary mistake in updating the price range because I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would rather have paid a transparent somewhat higher price than having those surprises.

This Hotel is a manifestation of quality,service and professionalism. From the Hotel Manager Seyi to the diligent staff Willitia, Khadija, Clifford, Denicia, lizzy etc the breakfast session is great just like the room and ambience you will want to stay for ever. The pool bar is also a location to spend your evenings as its always serene. The icing on the cake 🎂 is the warm and friendly Hotel owner she is always ready to take feedbacks and up her game. I had a great experience there will be returning soon. You get the best experience in Freetown by staying in The Swiss Hotel 🏨.

What an amazing place! Highly recommended. I have visited this hotel several times for work and can safely say it is the best hotel in Freetown. What makes it great is the manager Sang and the owners are just on top of everything, the staff are lovely, friendly and well-trained and the place is so clean, I'm talking spotless. The beds, furniture etc are well -chosen with a fridge in your room, desk for working, AC and really good shower with regular hot water. Other bonuses are the great breakfast buffet, the food in general is excellent with a selection of local dishes (try the pepper soup) and international ones. On my last trip we had a mix up with our booking and they couldn't have been more helpful, really helping us out of a tough spot and catering to our every need. They have some excellent facilities for business too, such as good Wi-Fi (thanks Peter!) and a conference room you can hire, which we did for international zoom calls. They also do airport pick-up/transfer for a fee which takes some of the stress out of the journey. Overall, I can't recommend them highly enough.
