Good location and the room had been updated at one point but in our double bed room 1 mattress needed replacing, shower curtain had mold on it, coffee pot cleanliness was iffy and there was no information about breakfast times or anything else. There is a pool but we did not visit it. It was a fairly quiet stay with a lot of cable channel options and close to restaurants and stores.

Everything was not clean,especially the bathroom, had frayed washclothes, had dripping bathtub and was rusty. Front desk was not friendly and staff did not speak English. Also there were no breakfast choices. I had to ask for fruit and they had to call for some. They came with a bag of apples, a bunch of bananas and two boxes of crappy muffins.

Granted, it was a sub $80/night room but it was really sketchy. Stains in the ceiling, tub was dirty, beds were not comfortable. There was a dirty towel left hanging on the bathroom door and used coffee grounds left in the coffee maker. They did try to do a few updates. New lvt flooring and bathroom sink as well a picture on the wall. Dark parking lot made it feel unsafe for some people. Breakfast was a bagel, coffee, juice, fruit or 2 cold cereals. It was my first time using a "sub-prime" hotel. I will spend money more next time. There is a difference.

The pool didn’t open til 5 because the manager couldn’t clean it until then? The TV was broken and manager did nothing about it. The cement stairs were pulling away from the 2nd floor balcony. So unsafe. Feet were black from walking on the floor. Bugs under the chair and bed table.

Asked for a better room in the front n they lied saying they had no vacancy. I had looked in the window n saw no one were in the rooms. They are very unprofessional the rooms are nasty n full of bed bugs n roaches sheets nasty floor dirty bathroom filthy mold everywhere

We stayed 2 nights . Last minute trip. On the first night housekeeping came in while we were gone and replaced towels and stole our ood and we told front desk to only get . We apologize. Never again .

Older dirty hotel. There were dead roaches on the floor by the bed where the electrical outlet is. They do wipe down the tops of the dresser and desk. If they used a clean cloth you wouldn't see the streaks from it.

Most disgusting property I will be contacting there corporate office for my money back I checked in and booked the Hampton in up the street and left with in 10 mins took enough video evidence

The door did not shut all the way leaving space for bugs to get in, which they did. Was loud and could hear other guests throughout the night.
