藍草旅館(Bluegrass Inn)

The staff was rude and disrespectful. when I checked out they tried to give my deposit to the wrong person and I'm the one that paid it. They never cleaned our room. The only thing they did was take the trash out and replace the towels. Mind you I stayed for a week and a half. They wanted to charge us a $40 cleaning fee when we asked them to switch us rooms bc they would both clean ours. There was blood splatter on the ceiling of the entrance to the sink area. Then we were told we couldn't rent anymore and forced to leave when we had money to pay for the room. Once gone I got online to search for rooms again and found that Bluegrass Inn still had available rooms so I was definitely highly upset about how we were treated

You get what you pay for. My room was clean. I liked that they did not use carpet in the rooms but the pho wood panel floor. It is a family run business and they are doing the best they can with the property they own. Check in was efficient. There were two people in front of me and they were quickly checked in.

It was ok for an overnight stay. The room was kept in good condition and updated for an older hotel. It was close to to Kentucky state University. Only complaint is that I can say is there isn’t an elevator and the parking lot needs more space. Other than that they blankets had cigarette burn holes in the comforter but they were clean.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself needs some work, the room we were in was clean but there are cracks in the ceiling and a small piece of the sheetrock missing. Over all its not a bad place to stay for a night.

Recently remodeled. Basic, but clean. No frills, but price was very reasonable! Comfy bed, no pillow top or anything fancy. Minimal breakfast options. Adequate accommodations for our needs.

The one thing that stood out was the room was heavily scented with cleaning agent. My wife suspected it Was an effort to cover up smoking in the room. In any event, we kept the door open a while to dilute the cleaning agent smell.

Great place to stay if you are simply looking for a comfortable clean room. In fact, this room was the cleanest hotel room that I have stayed in for quite some time. For the price, you just cannot beat it.

The room had a unique smell when we came in like cleaning supplies and it was obnoxious. It did not go away over time. I suggest you use a different cleaning agent.

Great overnight stop on a working trip! cooled off in the pool and grabbed a bite at one of the close by restaurants. Would stay again. Ice machine not working.
